I had a 1x2 grid that looked like this:

21 ? ? 1
18 8
I got 11 in the first question mark and 5 in the 2 question. I worked that out by adding 0+21+18=39 and the closest multiple of 4 to 39 was 44 so I put 5 in the 2 question mark. It looked like this:

21 ? 5 1
18 8
Then I did 44 divided by 4 because there are 4 numbers and got 11.
It looked like this:
0 0
21 11 5 1
18 8
Now I needed to check if it worked for the other side so I added 0+1+8+11=20 and then to check if it worked I did 20 divided by 4= 5 and the answer in the middle was 5.
