Work out the difference in years 1908-1948=40years. Then you compare the two 100m races(10.8-10.3) which answers to 0.5 of a second. Then going back to the 40 years you divide 40 by 0.5=0.0125.
From now to 1908 it has been 64 years since the olympics have been in London so times 0.0125 x 64=0.8
So if you look at the most modern year and that would be 1948 you compare 10.3-0.8=9.5.
The answer is 9.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
