I worked out the difference between 1908 and 1948 and the I divided it by 40 and timesed it by 64. Then I got the record for 1948 and minused my answer, which made the record for 2012.
e.g. 10.8-10.3=0.0125x64=0.8 10.3-0.8=9.5
