The numbers that were given to me were 7, 7, 2, and 4. I used the rule of 70 + 30 = 100 as the target. So i tried 77 + 24 as i wanted to see how close to 30 i can get. That solution gave me 101, and I knew there was most likely no other solution with a distance of 1, so I submitted it.
