Dicey Operations Ayah

The numbers I was given were 7, 6, 1, and 5. I first tried to get a number that was roughly 70 (so I tried 6, then 76) to add to 30 or something similar, since I knew that 70+30 would equal 100, which was the target. So first I tried 76+51, but that would give me 127, a number too far from the target. To make it smaller, I changed 51 to 15. So then I did 15 + 76, which equals 91. Which is the closest you can get?
