For part A for this task. I wrote out my findings:

7 rectangles= 33cm
3 rectangles= 13cm

Knowing that 3 rectangles is 13 cm we double that amount which gives us 26:

13 x 2= 26 (6 rectangles)

As we need to find one side for a rectangle we can do 33cm (7 rectangles) minus 26cm (6 rectangles which gives us 7cm for one side of a rectangle. Subsequently, we can multiply that by 3, giving us 21. In this case we use 33 and minus that by 21 which gives us 12cm and we can further divide by 4 to give us the width of one triangle.

13 x 2= 26 (6 rectangles)
33 - 26= 7cm
3 x 7= 21cm
33-21= 12cm
12cm/ 4= 3cm
