First I thought about what we knew
Through the 33cm shape we found two 13cm shapes. Through that we determined the length of one rectangle to be 7cm.
Using the larger diagram, we added all the lengths and got 21cm.
We found 12 cm left and that all the widths are equal.
Then we divided 12 by 4 and got 3cm
The perimeter of the rectangle is 7cm + 7cm + 3cm +3cm = 20cm.
