The player that wins should go through the following times 7pm , 8:15pm , 9:30pm , 10:45pm and then 12pm
If you play second , you will lose if the first player jumped to 7pm first . Else you can win by getting to 7pm .
If you play first , you will always win if you use the above strategy.
