a) Tigers:Birds:Caterpillars:Bushes
1 : 3 : 30 : 1
500 :1500: 15000 : 500
Therefore, if there are 500 bushes, there will be 500 tigers, 1500 birds and 15000 caterpillars.
b) Tigers- 25% Birds- 50% Caterpillars- 75% Bushes- 100%
(25%+100%)-(25%+50%)
=125%-75%
=50%
Therefore, the tiger will have 50% more energy
c) Some birds will die of starvation, leading to some tigers dying of malnutrition by not feeding on enough food and there'll also be a massive outbreak of bushes
d) There won't be enough bushes for caterpillars, so as caterpillars die of starvation, so will the birds and if the tigers eat too many bushes, there'll be no more left . Or, if the tiger doesn't want to be a vegetarian anymore, it will have no birds to eat, therefore it too will die of starvation.
