200 metres = 2.35 seconds
400 metres = 6.08 seconds
800 metres = 4.80 seconds
1500 metres = 17.60 seconds
I worked it out very slowly;
find the difference between the past ages.Add the number to half of the number.Then youve found the data for 60 years and you need to find 4 years more so you divide by ten because there is 40 years between the old data and you need more so if you then do that and dd them together you then have your answer.
