The smallest for 4x4 was 1 and the biggest was 16. We found 6 answers (1,4,7,8,10,16)

The smallest for 5x5 was 1 and the biggest was 25. We found 11 answers (1,9,10,11,13,13,16,17,19,22,25)

We might have missed an answer on 5x5 so we think the pattern of possible tiles may double.
