The answer will always be a multiple of 9, no matter what number you choose to start off with. Every multiple of 9 in the chart has the same symbol next to it. Therefore, it will always get the symbol correct. For example, you can never get the answer 30, because it is not a multiple of 9. And every time you restart it changes the symbols next to the multiples of 9 around to make it harder to guess how it is working it out, but the symbol next to the multiples of 9 will always be the same symbol.
