 improved answer is sixteen as I found two possible ones, (20,20), (17,17), (23,17) and (20, 20), (14,20), (17,23). I know I've found it all as I used (20,20) as the top vertex and as one of the side vertexes. Then I found we could alter the hight a bit and add eight more.
