The most efficient way to win this game is to get the numbers in the center. With the board, more opportunities are open depending on how close it is to the center. For example, if you get 0 you have 9 different opportunities/directions to go. If you choose a number in the corner, however, you only have 3 different routes to go than if you chose the center number.
