While using the three squares, we encountered something intriguing. It was that, when two squares are arranged diagonally, they create two additional squares. Once we situated the third square, we were able to successfully form another 2. Including the three squares themselves, this made 7. This strategy attained yet another square. 8 was our final result, and what we believe to be the most amount possible. Even after several further attempts, our total remained the same.
