I started with writing the 3* tables up to 9, not 12 like we usually do because A-E can only be a Single-digit number. And I repeated this process:
3*1=3
3*2=6
3*3=9
3*4=12
3*5=15
3*6=18
3*7=21
3*8=24
3*9=27
