I asked myself what I knew about the problem. I figured out that the smaller diagram is located twice in the larger diagram. By multiplying the length of the smaller diagram twice, I then did 33-26 to figure out that the length of one rectangle is 7 cm. I used the smaller diagram to figure out the width. I did 13-7=6 then I divided 6 by 2 to get the width of 3.
W= 2 l+2 w=7+3+7+3=20 cm.
