The answer to this problem is not as easy as it seems.
It looks like the answer is straightforwardly the permutations of numbers that add to 8 ( 8+0; 7+1; 6+2; 5+3),but this is not so.
You need to check if any numbers are excluded from this list.I found that the options for 13 (9+4; 8+5; 7+6) & 14 (9+5; 8+6 )must exclude exlude 9 and 6 from other envelopes.
I checked the combinations for the other envelopes in the same fashion and found that the possible solutions were:
8+0
7+1
5+3
