In my opinion the solution to this problem is:
That the difference between 2 shifted numbers is the same as the previous timetables.

Example: 11 20 29 38 47
as you can see the difference between the numbers is 9 (n+9)
SO THIS MEANS THAT THE TIMETABLE IS 9 AS THE DIFFERENCE IS 9

In addition this makes it easier to find the shift as it is clear that is the shifted number minus the times table. This method is true because I have tried it out on many of the numbers as well.
