I can conclude that every whole number can have a list of consecutive numbers that add up to the number you have picked.
I know this because if you take a number like 82 you can half it which is 41 and take a half from each side whch ends up 40.5 and 41.5 or you could divide it by 4 which equals 20.5. You then add a half to each side whch is 20 and 21 but that only adds up to half so you then take a further 1 from each side so you end up with:
82=19+20+21=22 or 40.5 and 41.5.
3,456=1151+1152+1153.
If you want to find consecutive numbers of a decimal number the method would be the same.
26.41=13.204+13.206.
I can now also conclude that decimal numbers all have consecutive number that add up to the number.
With negative numbers it is also the same. You can just turn the number into a positive and find the consecutive numbers and then at the end put the minus back in front of the consecutive numbers.
