First I thought that the smaller oblong's length was double the width but then I realised that the length of the large rectangle had to be a number divisible by 4 and 5. Then I tried the length of the large rectangle being 40 and got an area of 720cm squared and then tried the length being 60 and got the area 1620cm squared, solution C.
