we tried with the numer 81 first
we tried with lots of different numbers and we always got a even answer, we tried odd numbers, even numbers, 1 diget numbers ,2 digit numbers, 3 digit numbers and even 4 digit numbers they always ended in a even number. look at this one we picked it is exactly the same as the others.81 times 81= 6561 - 81 =6480
we started with an odd number but we got a even number.
So yes we know that it will always end in even.the reason for that is because it will be something like 7 times 7 =49 - 7 it becomes 6 times 7and that = a even number. And if it is a even number then it could be something like 2 times 2 = 4 - 2 = 2, which is a even number.That means it will always end in a even number. That is our solution!
