The final medal table is:

The way I worked this out was by looking at each clue from the beginning and placing teams that beat others in their positions. For example, for the first question I did this:
1. Turkey/Mexico
2. Italy/New Zealand
I worked from there and crossed out teams and put them in different positions. Once I went through all of the clues I went through the clues time and time again, starting from the beginning of the clues after each mistake. I finally got (what I thought was) the final results table, and went through it checking that all of the clues fit to my medal table, and that’s where I finished.
