I think that it is actually a different cottage/house each time as the tower never changes and the house is in different position each time and their are different bricks. It is also possible that the camera is being moved forward and back but after a while you can see that is not true as the house is in different proportions to the tower each time. The tower is in different possitions each time, but the bricks are the same, which equally could be the the cottage changing which is more likely as the brick pattern is different.
As you can see after looking for a long time the roof of the cottage turns more slanted each time. This is actually much more complecated than it looks at a first glance. A very interesting puzzle!
