First of all, comparing 3rd row and 4th row I discovered that :
square has to be 8 because
circle is 4. 4x3=12 12+8= 4th row answer.
third row 3c (12) + 1t (6) = 3rd row answer
1st row i used for checking the numbers then
second row= hexagon
2h (?)+ 2s(16)=30
30-16=14
14 div 2=7
h=7
s=8
