My strategy for getting to 1000 points is having 5 tries every round then guessing. This means is you get all perfects it will take you 5 rounds to get to 1000 because you get 150 points for a perfect answer and take away 50 points payed for the 5 bag tries. I chose 5 pulls from the bag because it was small enough to not lose you too many points but big enough to get a rough idea of the amount of each colored counters. Another strategy would to to have counters from the bag 3 times. Although though you would not have to pay as much out, this would make the results less accurate and making you more likely to lose points on wrong answers.
