You should start with 0,0. If it is an even number, divide it by 2 and use the numbers (E.G. 18 steps away = 9,9). If it is odd, find the next even number (E.G. 17 becomes 18. 18 steps away = 9,9). Then repeat the step. (E.G. 2 steps from  9,9  = 9,9 -1,1 = 8,8). After a few repeats you will find an answer.
