       Case one: if all the numbers  than four, I will put the biggest number in the 10s place.  in the one digit of the ones   reason I’m doing this is to maximise the two digit number and I’m using the second biggest number to  amount of the two digits number used. Second case if all the numbers is given a greater than four or two of the numbers are greater than four and one of the numbers are less than four. We put the least number in the tens place  in the one digit  ones place. The reason they’re doing this is if we put the least number, the tens place to make sure is not too high. Because if we put the second biggest number or the biggest number in the tens place, it’ll be way too high. and the reason  the second biggest number in the ones place below the two digit number is the maximise the amount of the two digit number to get the correct answer.
