Last question for player 1 aiming to add to 10,000.  1 know 6 + 3 = 9 and 1 + 3 - 4 and 5 + 6 = 11 so I put 1 in the hundreds and one in the thousands to give 8149. Player 2 won as they were closer to 10,000.
