Our trick to getting the answer is by X the mean by the total of numbers -1.For a) 5 X 3.6 = 18 so if you add ALL the 6 numbers you will get 21. 21 - 18 = 3, so the number wiped of is 3 !
For b)the answer is 4.
For c) the answer is 12.
