This means that because all the triangles lines join up there each other coordinate is (?,5) on the X axis or (5,?) on the Y axis. From this you can work out the area of the not shaded triangles and minus it off 25 as that is the overall area of the square the triangles are in. After doing this you will realize the area of each shaded part and will be able to see which is bigger
