Our solution is quite simple. We first wrote down the numbers of the segments onto a whiteboard. Then we looked at segment 1 and saw that it was half of a quarter, an eighth. We then looked at segment 2 and saw that was half of an eighth, a sixteenth. After that, we looked a the 3rd segment. It was mor t5han an eighth but smaller than a quarter, and so we decided it was 3 sixteenths. Here is a list of our findings:

1st=1 eighth
2nd=1 sixteenth
3rd=3 sixteenths
4th=2 sixteenths
5th=1 eighth
6th=1 eighth
7th=3 sixteenths
8th=1 sixttenth
9th=1/32
