Step 1 :I wrote down the number bonds of 15.
They are:14 and 1,13 and 2,12 and 3,11 and 4,10 and 5,9 and 6,8 and 7.

I chose this number as it is the smallest and first number.

Step 2:If 14 is the first card then the numbers are 14,1,19,4,12,6,15

14+1=15,1+19=20,19+4=23,4+12=16,12+6=18,6+15=21.

This is not correct as it has got 19 as the third card and the cards are from 1 to 15.

Likewise if 1 is the first card,then the numbers are 1,14,6,17,-1,19,2.

This is not correct as it has got -1,17 and 19 in the 7 cards.

the correct answers are:

6,9,11,12,4,14,7 and 8,7,13,10,6,12,9.
