After making the origami flower, I coloured in the fraction I was trying to find out and unfolded it back out into a square.
Next I split the shape into 16 equal squares.Then with one square I split that into triangles the size of the fraction I was trying to find out.
One square could fit 32 triangles in so if there is 16 squares and 32 triangles the answer would be 32 times 16 = 512.
