The solution is -1, 1, 3, 5, 10. We worked this out because to get 0, it was necessary to have a negative and positive of the same number. We started with 1 and -1, because it was logical. Then, we thought the next number could be 3, as both 2 and 4 can be made with -1, 1 and 3. For the next number 4, we worked out it would be 5 because 5-1=4 and we knew it couldn't be 7-3 or something similar, because we needed the fifth number to reach 15. Then, with the numbers -1, 1, 3 and 5, we worked out if we had 10, all the numbers could be achieved.

The pairs are as follows;
1-1=0
3-1=2
3+1=4
5-1=4
5+1=6
5+3=8
10-1=9
10+1=11
10+3=13
10+5=15
