First of all, we worked out the fraction .125 which we found is 1/8. Then to get a whole number, we new that we had to multiply the 1/8 by 8. Then we found that 8x3.125 = 25. So therefore the missing numbers are 25 and 8!
25 divided by 8 = 3.125
