In order to guess the right colours and quantities in the bag, you need to take 3 readings. This is a small enough number that will only lower your score by few, but will give you an idea of what is in the bag. If you watch the chart after each reading, you can record the number of each colour every time, therefore you can calculate an average of how many is pulled out overall. This will provide you with the information to make an educated guess about how many of each colour there is in the bag, and will continue to increase your score.
