This means you can make 0 by keeping all the plugs so that they aren't in a row of 3 (including diagonal) you can also make 40 by putting all the numbers in as many rows as you can.The easiest way to make one is to have a large rectangle then add on the last plug into a diagonal line. this is the easiest way to make 40 in the "spot thirteen" problem.
