second one: move the triangle to the left, lining up the corners, making a parallelogram.
third one: flip the triangle into its mirror version, flip it upside down, move it to the left to form another quadrilateral.
fourth one: flip it upside down, and make it into its mirror version. move it down and connect the corners at the top of the triangle to the bottom of the quadrilateral.
