Because 3 is the number with the least possible pairs, I started listing the possible pairs: 0+3 and 1+2. Using trial and error, we can start with one pair and change to the next if it doesn’t work, so let’s choose 0+3. 7 has these possible pairs (excluding any including 0 or 3): 1+6 and 2+5. In the end, I worked out that it was possible for it to be 2+5. If I reached a point where it didn’t work, I started again choosing a different combination. 8 has only this possible pair: 1+7. 13 only has this possible pair: 4+9. Lastly, 14 has this possible pair: 6+8.
