I think the first one ( 200ml of lemon juice and 300ml of water )is stronger because I put them both into a fraction and 200/300 = 2/3 , and 100/200 = 1/2 and the common denominator of them both is 6 so you times the top of them by what you multiplied the bottom to get 6 , this makes 200/300 = 4/6 and 100/200 = 3/6 so the first one is stronger.
