The picture is always in the nine times tables like 18 and 54 would be the same picture. And when both the digits are added in a two digit number...
1+0=1=9 1+1=2=9 1+2=3=9 Etc
The answer never changes because the unit goes up by one on each side every time. The answer only changes when it goes up in the 10s column ( for example, up to 20 ), but the answer is always in the nine times tables. That never changes unless there is a miscalculation.
