To solve this we created a table on Microsoft Excel with a column for each option. Before we made the table we came up with the conclusion that option 3 would be the most profitable. We created a graph using equations to calculate the earnings per day. We found that in February option 1 would be better than option 2 but during leap years neither options would be better as they both give you the same amount of money and option 3 would give you 268435455 Pounds on February and 536870911 Pounds during leap years. If you stopped receiving money on the 8th-day option 3 would still be the most fruitful giving you 255 Pounds whereas the next highest, option 1, gives you 80 Pounds. We found that option 3 starts to gain the most money on day 5 exceeding 10 Pounds and giving you 16 Pounds. It will take 20 days before you will become a millionaire as you would have earned a total of 1048574 Pounds.
