We used trial and improvement to get the answer of 22 years old.Firstly, we tried a series of numbers that did not work and then got to 21. 21+15=36, and 21-15=6. 6 squared is 36. We took the information that was there such as 'On my last birthday' and then added a year, as it was a year later which got us to 22 years old.
