To solve this problem, I thought about the digits . I knew that the threes would fit around the ones' sandwich and its middle number . I tried putting the ones and the threes in their places and it worked. I placed a two in between the ones - as its middle number. I then experimented with the last card - a two. I then tried the two in all the possible places and came out with two sequences- 231213 and 312132.
In conclusion this problem requires patience and logic.
