I used all the clues and ruled out the numbers it couldn't be until I was left with one number, there were 10 numbers and 6 clues. I looked at the first clue, the number had to have two digits, using that clue I immediately knew it couldn't be a 3 digit number or a 1 digit so it couldn't be 120 or 8 that leaves you with 8 numbers. Then both digits had to be even so it couldn't be 83, the number then had to have the digit in the tens place larger than the digit in the ones place so it now can't be 18, 46 or 22. The next clue rules out 64 because 6 is in the three times tables. The tens digit can't be double the ones digit was the next clue so it is not 43. You are now left with two numbers 46 and 80 and because the digits of 80 add up to 8, 80 can't be the number because 8 isn't a multiple of five where 10 is so your answer is 46.
