To find the area of the parallelograms I found the formula which is base x height x 2 or 2(bxh).

A = 2(4x2)
= 2x8
= 16T

B = 2(4x3)
= 2x12
= 24T

C = 2(6x2)
= 2x12
= 24T

D = 2(2x1)
= 2x4
= 8T

E = 2(2x4)
= 2x8
= 16T

F = 2(3x3)
= 2x9
= 18T

G = 2(2x2)
= 2x4
= 8T

H = 2(3x2)
= 2x6
= 12T

You can double check these calculations by counting the triangles in the parallelogram.

To find the area of a trapezium I also found the formula, it is base + top x height or b+txh.

e.g. If you had a trapezium with a top of 3 and a bottom of 6 with a height of 3, the area would be:
= 3(3+6)
= 3x9
= 27T
