What do you notice (explain)?
I noticed area of the parallelogram is still the base multiplied by height, even though we are using isometric paper, the only difference is that the height is the length of the diagonal instead of the perpendicular height.
Can you find a similar result for trapeziums in which all four lengths are whole numbers?
(top length + bottom length) x length of side = area
in terms of T, it is bxhx2.
