We found out that the possibilities are: 2-4=52, 4-6=84, 3-5=64, 1-3=36, 6-4=76, 3-1=28, 5-3=60, 4-2=34.
In the arrangements there is a difference of 2 in the dice numbers and all the answers are even. The answers will always be even because if you add 2 odd numbers together it will still be even e.g. 3+1=4.
If you add 2 even numbers together it will be the same e.g. 2+2=4.
We tried it again with a difference of 3 e.g. 3-6=78. We noticed the answer was even again. We tried to make 42 but we couldn't unless we broke the rules, none of the solutions add up to 42 unless you use the original solution.
All the arrangements with a difference of 3 are: 4-1=46, 2-5=62, 1-4=46, 5-2=50.
When we were in the process of this activity we thought that what if u broke the rules would u still get an even answer?
