To find it out, if the number of points is divisible by the amount you will skip, then you will not visit all the points. If we take 9 for example, and skip 3, then you will have 3 lines because 3x3 = 9.However, primes are not divisible by any number, so therefore any amount of skipped dots will visit all of the points
